Do rapiers benefit from this feat?
The feat description says: "When wielding a one-handed weapon in your off hand, you gain a +2 Attack Bonus if the weapon is larger than a light weapon."
Rapiers are medium weapons, but finesseable.
I am not aware of a weapon size classification called "light". The sizes are large, medium, small, and tiny.
The description of rapier on the wiki calls it a medium weapon in size, but the text describes it as: "The rapier is a light, thrusting sword popular among nobles and swashbucklers. Often associated with dueling and sport fighting, rapiers are nonetheless deadly in trained hands."
My belief is that this is a good feat for a dual-wield rapier character, but I wanted to check.

Yes, rapiers get the benefit. The reason being is they are medium weapons, regardless of how light and flexible they are. Two rapiers gives you a -2 malus, and this feat is meant to offset that.
LONGSWORD, BATTLEAXE, BASTARDSWORD, LIGHTFLAIL, WARHAMMER, HALBERD, GREATSWORD, GREATAXE, CLUB, KATANA, MAGICSTAFF, MORNINGSTAR, QUARTERSTAFF, RAPIER, SCIMITAR, SCYTHE, FALCHION, DWARVENWARAXE, SPEAR, GREATCLUB, WARMACE, and the universal sword.
I'll update the description with a cleaned up version of this so it's evident which weapons are valid.
