Yeah persist Divine Power would be too overpowered. And this is coming from someone who has at least 90% of their characters based on cleric.

I didn't change it, just assumed the 2da's let you since it's a level 3 spell. (I checked and you can't do that, I know Reeron DID turn that on). I won't be playing anytime soon but when 1.23 hits I want to see how it goes so I'll probably be testing a few characters on a few servers. Make sure nothing goofy is going on. I doubt I have time outside of development to play much of anything.

Thats too bad K, well if you find more time I hope we will see you playing a bit more than you say . . . This thread has got me thinking about Intuitive Attack, so here is a question: Figure if I max Wis take the feat and and pump just Wis can end up with 3 more AB then my typical cleric builds have (assuming i don't use a class like RDD that incr str) but the cost will be 5-6 dmg points due to lower str. Is the 3 AB worth the 5-6 dmg + using up a feat? What do you all think? And yes, this 6 of 1 ,1/2 dozen of the otherish but please humor me

I have absolutely no experience fighting creatures on the server to know which is better. The questions were dual purpose: a possible build and to get a benchmark for "ideal" AC/AB. I'll use that to evaluate the Wildshape changes again.

The answer to your question wett is of course it depends...
If you are fighting an opponent that you don't always hit, then 3 more AB means you hit on 15% more of your rolls. Unless of course you only hit on a 20 even with the 3 additional AB. So, if you are going to hit on 15% more of your rolls the answer is that the AB is probably worth it because you almost certainly do damage that way (I think a truly accurate model of this might require a relatively simple differential equation - empirical Excel tables are generally how I do the analysis). Against low AC opponents the damage gap is less than against higher AC opponents. Since generally we are worried about the difficult monsters, 3 AB is usually worth losing 5-6 damage in my estimation.
The unknown part of your question is the sacrifice of a feat. I think this depends heavily on the feat you were giving up. I would probably keep HiPS over the additional AB, but I doubt that would be the feat you would be sacrificing. You will probably be losing the least powerful feat on your list. If you are ditching power critical, I would say go for it. If you are losing weapon specialization, then you are just changing the damage tradeoff calculation. Losing blindfighting? I would treat that as meaning I occasionally lose a round to casting/drinking restoration spell/potion.
I think the answer ultimately varies based on the player's taste, the build, and the monsters you will be fighting.

Well thanks for the quick response K and Beldar. Likely the feat I may have to give up is armor skin or epic prowess . . . don't even have enough for something like power crit or blind fighting. Obviously epic prowess would change the the AB to just 2 but i would have likely gone the armorskin route . . .
@ K As far as AC goes Its nice to be able to get it above 60 here. That cleric /FM/Ftr I mentioned b4 has an AC of 66 it he cleans up. I also have a FM/RDD build that will eventually have an AC of 70-72 fully buffed (but that may be overkill on AC?).
As far as AB by the time I reach lvl 25 (dont usually go past the lvl 24-26 mark ATM) my "ideal" AB is 50+ maybe low-mid 50s but I know another player got a battle bard to an AB of 61 by ~ lvl 25 i think.

Never going to happen. It soothes the savage beast so I'm not as much of an ass as I could be.
