The idea here is to get the anti fear aura, the fear aura, the anti magic aura, full caster progression, +1 AB aura, anti-music aura, turn undead, smite good, and all the once per day powers. taking the Bleaknik PRC last allows you to get some bonus feats in your epic levels or doing it early on once you have the preq for the PRC to boost your combat power. I would prefer to go straight paladin into warpriest and then bleaknik to finish off your end game. Once completed you can turn battles by standing in the thick of it alone. Give your spell buffing you will be a pretty beefy combat machine as well.
Long term Kaedrin is adding the Divine Spirit power to paladins and this will give even more aura power to this build. Added spells coming soon to a 1.37 near you will give additional power as new spells tend to be more powerful than old spells or more useful than old ones.

Maybe its been changed since the last time I looked, but I thought Perform could only have skill points added when you leveled up in a class that has perform has a class skill?

I was able to add perform on an RDD level for a character that could not previously do so.

Kaedrin added preform as a crossclass skill to all base classes I think

Perform is now (correctly) a cross-class or class skill for all classes in the game as it was part of my 1.33 update.
"# The perform skill is now available to all classes. The Bard, Monk, Duelist, Shadow Dancer, Invisible Blade, Harper Agent, and Rogue gain it as a class skill while all others gain it as a cross-class skill."
PrCs I've added that have it as a class skill have always had it as a class skill. All other classes in the game have it as a cross-class skill.
