Kaedrin, what's the issue? used replace existing but set the flag that ignored duration? I'll take a look.

I would rather keep my +5 if it is bigger than the FM +3 . I just don't like losing the +5 completely when the FM buff is not active. Sunder gets the runes back.

That's the line in the code? Replace/FALSE/FALSE?
It used to be Replace/TRUE/TRUE but that was changed (and I tested it on a weapon, though it was probably a +2 and not a +5).

And to answer my own question...nope it hasn't been fixed.
And it's worse actually. It interferes with spells like weapon of the diety. WOD will take my AB up 4 points but the Forest Hammer ability only takes it up 2. That would be fine but the FH ability takes away the WOD 4 and replaces it with it's 2. Try casting WOD first, or after FH and it doesn't matter...the FH overrides and I get a net decrease of 2.

It seems to work okay with greater magic weapon, if you cast gmw second.

Yeah most issues surrounding the ability are worked out if you cast after activating FH.
The annoying thing being the runes really...in case you get dis-spelled and all.
All that aside though, it's still the most powerful PrC I've come across.

It's not worse. The original reported issue is fixed. No one mentioned ANY other spells were causing an issue in combination. I can only fix what people report to me.
You are absolutely positive that WoD cast after Forest Hammer doesn't work?

Edit: Further commentary: the engine is also somewhat limited in how IPRPs are handled. The last one added usually wins when they have the same type and duration (enhance, temporary). It's up to the player to carefully handle their stacking. Durations don't update correctly and trying to add 3 bonuses of the same type (with the keep existing flag set) almost never works.
