It appears that critical and sneak attack immunity aren't working on LDoA, for Forest Master. Perhaps someone can test this further?
What should my event log be looking like in this case?
I know that while fighting skellies and mad genesai it seemed like I was still getting critted and sneaked. The skellies seemed to be hitting for around 20 damage, but on occasion I would see *Critical Hit* 40 damage.

If it is consistent and stuff lands crits and sneak attacks on you all the time then it's a bug in my stuff.
If it is very rare then it is the bug in OEI's stuff where crits sometimes still happen even to immune creatures. I've done crits to undead (that do have the crit immunity on their hide) every now and then in the OC/MotB.

I was logged on when Siege was seeing this. I am pretty sure the frequency he was seeing exceeds the OEI glitch rate. Maybe Lou gave the skeletons epic precision? Although that wouldn't explain the crits.

I've tested this about 5 times now and it always works in SP.
Did your character have the effect icon for sneak/crit immunity at the top right of your screen?
1.33.1 had a fix for restoration abilities stripping the high level abilities which was included in the 1.33.1 MP version.

If he has all of the icons there is nothing I can do about it. If you didn't that would point to some problem with the effect not being applied.
Since you do, we are back to the glitch in the engine where it sometimes allows sneak attacks/crits when it shouldn't.
Palemasters have had this problem forever (using stock OEI stuff).
