Are the Searing Light/Beam of Sunlight abilities scripted as spells or like feats? The reason I ask is that I was wondering if a Druid with the natural spell feat could cast these when shifted or would the PC only be able to do so when not shifted/polymorphed. My understanding is that only spells can be cast and other feats/abilities - even in the hotbar - can't be used when shifted/polymorphed

They are feats, so you won't be able to use them while shifted. Nothing I can do about that unfortunately and I couldn't do them as spells that only the MR could take.

As an interesting aside they bypass immunity to spells (all levels). Is that intended?

Had a feeling that would be the answer. Thanks for the info Kaedrin - and thanks for all your hard work, your content is great!
