If we had snake models I'd do that. As it is I'll probably just make all the totems lore for now until I can figure out the stacking rules.
Maybe ditch the dusts/elixers as well

As fond as I am with giving usage to the lower powered item, I never found usage for the Horus-Re or Dust.

At the time, I thought universal access to invisibility would be a desireable thing.
Of course, a major part of the problem is the Lost dungeon has the greatest number of bosses (4) each on their own timer making it a really nice place to farm boss loot.
for now I'll make things lore and go back and visit this stuff later. (put it on the very long list).

Why not leave it as is until it's time to take a proper look at it? No one is actually going to get 100 ARCs. For all the farming I did in Mirj, I got 3 or 4 tops on one toon. The window of opportunity is rather small and other loot, such as +5 or 6 gear awaits. If adamantine were not so rare, Tela would have left long ago. I'm sure she's tired of being level 16. Still, she has not flooded the server with ARCs. Whoever has the most probably put them on a gimp anyway.

Tela certainly would rather be harassing giants at this point in her career. She has spent quite a bit of time at the "You must level before you can gain an more experience" state.
I have distributed quite a few ARCs and telthoris to the people of the server. I would guess Tela has retrieved ~7 ARC and ~5 Telthori (the same quantity as the number of adamantine she has farmed). She has probably found 13 elixirs and 10 dusts. The pearls are a good drop because they provide a good way for people to get back drained levels without dying or having to locate a player with restoration (Pang and Tela are the two I know off the top of my head who can cast this spell).
At this point, I feel a little conflicted about upping the frequency of adamantine. If it becomes more common, then Tela's work gets devalued. On the other hand she doesn't have to spend six more weeks looking at the no more xp message.
[edit] Forgot to mention - the elixir is kind of redundant with the gem of brightness that the golem bosses also drop [/edit]

Why not leave it as is until it's time to take a proper look at it? This is my usual tack, but there are things that need to be stopgapped before a proper solution can be had. In this case I feel that access to virtually unlimited AC cannot be good for the server. to be honest, I believe I intended everything there to be lore to begin with, I think it was a mistake on my part that it was not. I'm not taking your items, I'm just making it so you can have only 1 at a time. However, you will lose the extras you have when that happens but there is some time to distribute them out to your alts if you wish. (or sell them)

Dang strait, thanks for giving me props on my restoration spell, it has come quite handy.

I think NTB and MMT are advocating cdaulepp's in an effort to get nicer items. Don't you guys like clothing with CHA -4 or iron chainmail with AC +2 v. Neutral evil?
Sometimes I get items that have properties I wish I could have on other equipment, but I think only 1 random drop item has ever been useful for me (a spear w/ 20 SR that Tela bought from MMT (or was it NTB?)). Yet I keep hoping... maybe that kama of on-hit disintegrate DC 26 will drop.
I did see a world where magic properties could be stripped off items and applied to others (sort of like our rune system). I have found some items that I might be willing to spend a sunder on to move the property if I could. Perhaps that would be a good feature to add in the future (if possible), especially if there is a cap on the number of properties a particular item can have. Hmmm, it will cost me 16k xp and gold to get that property due to my earlier excessive sundering. Is it worth it?

I thought the replacement of static non unique loot on boss mods(ones that drop +4 dex braces and the like) would be possible now that there are separate loot tables for them could happen. And the replacement of gp locked boxes into random loot worth 50-150gp loots would be cool. Just the little excitement to opening a box.
