Thanks for the heads up, I'll take a look.
To be honest though, I've not had great luck with pre-fabs. The problem is that a lot of them don't take proper steps to make the areas suitable for MP, so I usually have to go through and convert placeables to environment objects, trim the walkmesh, remove tree types and consolodate seeds.
Also, I like wide, expansive exteriors and many of them are rather small (good only for an encounter or two)
And balanced creature creation is half the problem. I think I've done a pretty good job of maintaining difficulty progression in the world (admitedly a few soft spots) but it's a painstaking process to do that.
I'm pretty fair at area layouts, I just suck and the detailed placeable placement. (usually interiors go in bare and I add stuff later).
I'm not sure if I've checked out that prefab before or not so I'll download and see what I can use.

L3DT + YATT is your friend, when YATT gets around to updating it's version to match the toolset's.
