Man, I miss this PW more than any other. You created an awesome and creative world. The thought you put into things was evident, and it was great how you always listened to your player base. Played with a lot of good people here, and now...what? a year later? I'm still missing the awesome world you layed out for us. If you ever open this up again or build another version of it please let us know. Your creativity and hard work is sorely missed.

I occasionally flirt with the idea of bringing back the world but I don't really have the time to develop any more so I fear it would become stale and stagnant after a while.
EDIT: I was briefly excited to hear about the "NWN 3" project but my hopes were dashed when I realized it isn't a true successor to the NWN franchise. Online only, must logon to their servers, everythign instanced i.e. Pretty much just like DDO (although apparantly their giving the ability for the community to "build" dungeons that can be publicly hosted.
If they ever do build a true NWN3 I'll be there building another PW.

just so you know I miss it too... playing over on BGTSCC now. IF LDoA was to magically be revived MAYBE a development team could be assembled!

Hey, Lou. Ever consider releasing some of your custom content on the Vault? You could release it "as is, no warranties." I am sure people would enjoy your instanced dungeon idea, stat runes, etc. Maybe release the whole world? We could pull out pieces we like. It is kind of sad thinking of all that creative work sitting there untapped. I am still playing on Kingdom of Winterhaven ( www.nwncoa.com/e107/news.php), if any of you are looking for high magic PvE.

I rolled a character on Tzells KoW server. I might play around a bit, but honestly, a lot of builds just won't be fun without a Rod of Fast Buffing
