My char 'Thag the Cleric' needs a fix

My characture 'Thag the Cleric' is missing some feats from the mage quests including Arcane Rest, which I want very much, as well as Avatar. Can you fix this? I did all the quest refresh and sync things in game several times and nothing happened. Yes, I logged in and out a few times.

Also, can you delete these extra chars from my account?:

Daeronis (level 4)
Teela (level 1)

Hate having junk chars hanging around.
