Got this idea from someone who mentioned that in World of Trinity, "after a million xp, 2 million and so on you get the possibility to relevel your char and add additional 5 attribute points to further improve it. And you can use that further improvement as the monsters in the late chapters tend to get even stronger than that, have only been to chapter 8 out of 11 so far..."
So, maybe LDOA could have it's take on the XP over that required for level 30?

Cool idea. I also was thinking of making some sort of rewards for post-level 30 characters based on the additional xp we've acquired beyond 30. Maybe some runes or such at different milestones.

Need something for level 30s, I only play my 30 to help other people make 30. Kind of sad, because the characters that tend to get played enough to make 30 are generally the ones I enjoy the most (i.e. grinding is not too tedious or they have some interesting quirks).
I have played a character on Realms of Trinity and their system is pretty neat. You can make some really powerful builds with the epic re-levels. I don't play there much for various reasons, but it is a good world.
Another world that I play on has a separate variable added to characters for Legendary XP. You earn this by completing various difficult quests. So far they are still pretty early in the legendary xp development, but you can gain feats (they also have epic currency and I can't recall if the feats are available for reaching xp levels or trading currency).
A third world that I played on briefly basically broke into segments - leveling to 30 and then PvP between 30s (with some loot farming to help your chances). That world died.
