Well, I can take Swiftblade now even with the file corruption error in worldgate.
Everything seems to working correctly except for one small thing. The movement bonus from Swift Surge is not stacking with the movement bonus from haste. The feat description seems to imply that it should.
Is this the expected behavior Kaedrin?
Thanks again.

Movement buffs are... finicky. They do stack, but unless you get to a magic "step" in the animations it doesn't actually speed you up. It isn't documented anywhere what these steps actually are so we can only guess and try to find them. 1.33 * 1.5 = 1.995 which means it may not be enough to edge it over the 2.0 step (if it exists). If you had the dash feat it would probably do it. This isn't really something I can fix but an engine limitation.

The swiftblade is already an incredibly powerful PrC. I wouldn't spend too much time giveing them another 2%

Hmm, I thought about it and I can simply apply a 99% speed increase as part of the haste code. It's locked at 99% according to the documentation (if it's correct) which means it should be advancing past haste speed. It's possible OEI changed the behavior for NWN2 since the NWN1 lexicon is where it mentioned it stacks.

I made level 10 Swiftblade earlier today, and I'm not seeing a big speed increase. It's hard to quantify run speed, but I think that I'm not getting any stacking at all, so I think my speed is at 66% bonus all the time now.
Incidentally, I think the way it worked in NWN1 is that movement bonuses only stacked if you had a monk level.

took 5 levels of swiftblade today after releveling Frurry Gook. Interesting Class, but I think I was better off as a straight caster. Still I like PRC and hope to see the speed thing worked out at some point.

Interesting on the pure caster being better:
Swiftblade 5 gains (compared to wizard) +10 hp +10 skillpoints +3 BAB 1 AB, 1 Dodge AC, 6 Reflex (5 base and 1 bonus), 33% movement 50% concealment Spring Attack Improved Initiative 15 SR 2x Haste duration
Swiftblade loses 2 caster levels 1 bonus feat if wizard
**
I've currently tweaked Haste to be a 66% move buff for swiftblades under level 10 and 83% move buff for level 10 swiftblades. That's a 33% and 66% bonus to the normal 50% increase of the spell.

My saves are also much better as a Bladesinger. All in all, it's a very fun (and yes, powerful) PrC. I do have one suggestion though... The level 10 ability Innervated Speed (sp?); from what I remember reading on your site where it linked to an official WotC description, this ability is supposed to something like time stop or a Matrix-style bullet time. I understand why you're using a slow effect to replicate the behavior due to the problems with time stop in NWN1. However, the issue I've had with it is the DC. It seems to be fixed at 19. If I were to cast slow I'd have a better DC than that. And by level 10 bladesinger, which is a minimum character level of 15, almost nothing is failing their saves at 19. I would think given the nature of the ability that there should be no save. Maybe? As Loudent has already pointed out, given all the other bonuses the PrC receives, having one more or less useless feat isn't the end of the world, but I just can't help asking for more

you didnt take into account taking either 4 fighter levels or dropping your level feats into getting the preqs for the PRC. And yeah I know you can do it with like 1 fighter level and 1 feat but then your killing your XP and thats no ones friend.

Is it possible to play on this server without kaedrin's prc pack installed? You are not required to install Kaedrin's PrC pack as a seperate download, but Kaedrin's work is integrated into the server files and you DO need those to play. We offer several simple ways to get the files. The simpliest is to simply point your browser to: www.chunkychode.com/nwn2latestmod/and click the run button. Other than that, we offer a worldgate solution. for full details on worldgate download: ldoa.nwvault.ign.com/Download.html

Will installing the prc pack affect other game types, ie OC, other servers?

Installing our files will have absolutely no effect on other games, the OC or other servers. Everything is neatly packaged up in hakpacks referenced by the server.
Installing Kaedrin's PrC pack seperately, if you install the override version, will likely have an impact on all your SP games (since that is what the override version is for) and affect character creation on servers.
